Burger King Goes Fully Vegan
Burger King has opened a fully vegan pop-up store in Leicester Square! The meat-free store opened its doors on March 14th, and will solely serve its vegan menu at the store for an entire month.
Alongside this opening, BK also launched an innovative recycling system as well as a national cup recycling scheme, which will allow customers to bring in another participating brand’s cup to recycle.
On the Burger King UK IG, to generate hype around the pop-up’s launch copy stated they would “offer everyone in the country a free vegan royale if this post gets one like”, see the post here, but at 849 likes and counting, run don’t walk to your local BK on this one! The Entertainment Merger Of The Decade?
All the rumours are apparently true, Discovery shareholders have approved the WarnerMedia merger, with the mega-deal expected to close just in time for the new financial year next month, and is expected to radically re-shape the media landscape.
The official new title for the companies will be WarnerBros Discovery, withDiscovery Chairman and CEO David Zaslav leading the two companies. Rumour is the two companies will be combining their media assets to create a new streaming-centric media company.
Discovery+ debuted in January last year and reported 22 million global direct-to-consumer subscribers in the fourth quarter, which includes Discovery+ and other platforms.
Formula 1 is Back
The most wonderful time of the year is here! Yes F1 is back this weekend and the first race of the season is kicking off this Sunday, 15:00 GMT at the Bahrain International Circuit!
